Yes. We require a 12 month contract; however, You can cancel at anytime with a $250 cancellation fee to end your contract. If you military orders, move 25 miles away, or get injured and have a Drs note, we will cancel your contract free of charge. To cancel we require a 30 day notice and if in the local area you will have to come in to fill out the Cancellation Form.
