We offer classes in Adult and Children’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (including Women’s Only BJJ), Adult and Children’s Muay Thai, Adult and Children’s USA Boxing, as well as Mixed Martial Arts and GoJu-Ryu Karate (adults only.) Private lessons for all disciplines are also available at a an additional cost. Our facility includes an MMA cage, a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, and free weights.

Yes! We offer a one-time, zero commitment, free trial class for each of our disciplines. This allows potential members to experience our training environment, meet our instructors, and determine if our gym is the right fit for them. To take advantage of a free trial, simply arrive 15 minutes before a scheduled class to fill out a waiver. *We provide a loaner equipment if needed.

Yes, we do allow members to pause their memberships — no matter the reason. Whether you’re going on vacation, dealing with an injury, getting deployed, or just need a break, we’ve got you covered. To pause your membership, please contact us directly by phone at (910) 378-2003 or speak with us in person at the gym. **Please do not ask another member to pause your account for you — we require all pause requests to come from the account holder.** We're here to help make training work for your life, not the other way around.
